On Sunday, April 7, 2019, more than 100 Jewish teens gathered at the Shalom Austin Jewish Community Center to kick off J-Serve, a citywide day of community service, education and action.

Participants heard from special guest Austin Mayor Steve Adler about the significance of the seven local charitable causes J-Serve teens chose to dedicate the event this year. ■
